Bark was engaged to design a new multi-level home to accommodate family and friends, an active outdoor lifestyle and create a home that integrates with the outdoors and the adjoining coastal vegetation landscape.
The clients’ guiding principle was to create a relaxed informal beach house with plenty of natural light and ventilation, enabling the clients to listen to and smell the ocean and to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor by providing large openings to outdoor spaces.
