Heat film launch at GOMA celebrates Queensland Architects

The roof terrace of Brisbane's GOMA provided a balmy and breezy setting for the launch and celebration of the latest offering of the Heat Architecture programme.

Bark already know that "Queensland’s architects are world leaders in sustainable design and Queensland has more green office space per square foot than any other part of Australia", but Bark's directors enjoyed celebrating with friends and peers this week.

The new documentary commissioned by HEAT Architecture features compelling testimonials from Australian and internaitonal developers and commissioners who have seen real business gains as a result of appointing Queensland-based architecture firms.

As a Sunshine Coast regional Practice, Bark are proud to be involved in the initial exhibition, book, and publications about "Placemakers - Contemporary Queensland Architects" the original Heat initiative which celebrated a 23 select Queensland architects.
